Pilot Lake Camp

Welcome to Pilot Lake Wilderness Camp

Pilot Lake Camp is set in the Sierra mountains near the town of LaPorte, California. It is a beautiful, rustic setting that boasts of a six-acre lake where campers can canoe, kayak, paddle board, swim, and fish. Founded in 1964 as Regular Baptist Camp, Pilot Lake is a seasonal, summer camp facility that provides great opportunities for church camps, youth groups, and retreats. Located 6.5 miles past LaPorte at the end of a 1.5-mile gravel road, and powered by a generator, Pilot Lake is a beautiful place to fellowship as church families.

From the start, our desire has been and still is, to provide a camping experience for the whole family in an environment that is conducive to the preaching, teaching, and proclamation of the truths of the Word of God.
